This is a special place, no it is not modern, it ia a 18th century building, with lots of I interesting features. The rooms are not ultra modern, but are comfortable. No, there is no air con. The restaurant is sublime and the surroundings are beautiful and quiet. They like dogs too.
Used for a food stop on a long group cycle ride. We did not want a large meal so the owner very kindly made us some baguettes. The location and views were perfect and the service we received was excellent. Very highly recommended.
We are fortunate to have Chez Chilo almost on our doorstep . Yesterday , Christmas Day , we had the most wonderful lunch , attention to detail excellent and food superb . Each course was outstanding . We would highly recommend this restaurant .
a classic French-looking idyllic hotel-restaurant in Barcus. It was located in a beautiful village among the rolling foot-hills of the Pyrenees, which was an absolutely stunning location! Cuisine du terroir sophisticated and inventive with amazing quality of the ingredients. The wine pairing recommendation was perfect. Can't wait to go back.
Chilo is a very simple, old guest house/hotel set in a quaint small village. The hotel backs up onto crop fields, pastures and a mountain range. The building is charming on the outside but old and the rooms are very basic. The upper …
Pleasantly situated countryside hotel . Basic clean room although booked and paid for a superior room. A really good evening meal with excellent service from a very young waitress accompanied by a very reasonably priced bottle of rose wine. Beautiful home made jams for breakfast.
